Can Avina send real-time alerts to Slack or email?

Yes - just authenticate with Slack, choose a Slack channel and Avina streams a signals with full account context, AI summary, and quick-action buttons (Load Account Brief, Draft Message, Add to Sales Sequence etc.).

What are the briefs and how do they help sales reps prepare for meetings?

Avina integrates with your calendar to automatically send timely meeting briefs before calls with prospective clients. Each brief includes key information about the company, recent activity, and a summary of all prior interactions—helping sales reps show up prepared and informed.

When are the briefs sent?

Avina sends briefs 15 minutes before each meeting. You’ll also receive a daily summary covering all your meetings for the day, as well as a weekly brief that outlines your upcoming meetings for the week.

How can I add the meeting bot and what does it do?

Avina offers a meeting bot that reps can easily add to any Zoom or Google Calendar meeting. Once added, the bot automatically generates a post-call brief highlighting key points from the conversation. It also drafts a personalized follow-up email you can send to the client—saving you time and ensuring prompt, professional communication.

What AI models power Avina’s intent identification and content generation?

We use a combination of the leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic. All prompt/response data is isolated and never used to train public models.

Does Avina train its models on my proprietary sales data?

No. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, processed only for real-time inference, and never fed back into shared model weights.

How does Avina comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations?

We honor Do-Not-Track, provide a data deletion request form, and execute DPAs with all customers. Third-party tracking cookies are not employed for EU site visitors.

What security certifications and encryption standards does Avina follow?
