HubSpot

Avina's HubSpot integration is a full bi-directional sync between your CRM and your signal layer. Enrich Companies and Contacts with buying signals, trigger HubSpot sequences when intent is detected, and pull CRM context to power scoring, drafting, and warm outbound.

Buying Signals, Delivered Directly to HubSpot

Each time a signal fires in Avina, it appears as an Activity Note on the associated Company, Contact, and Deal records in HubSpot. Those notes are tagged automatically, and the tags power dynamic lists, workflows, and reports without manual work.

Targeting new champions for a nurture email
Create a dynamic list for avina_champion_movement_alert and connect it to a HubSpot workflow that sends a sequence or task.
Alerting the AE when a prospect gets a new CRO
Set a workflow trigger on Company where Note body contains avina_new_hire_alert, then assign an action such as Start Outbound Sequence or Add Task.
Advertising retargeting for recent web visitors
Sync a list for avina_web_visit_alert to your ad audience in LinkedIn or Google Ads.

Warm Outbound, Triggered by Buying Signals

Avina turns HubSpot sequences into a warm outbound engine. When a buying signal fires, like a web visit, new executive hire, or champion moving companies, Avina can automatically enroll the right contacts into a HubSpot sequence. Your reps reach out to prospects who are already showing intent, not cold lists.

Sequence from a web visit surge
When contacts at a target account visit your pricing or product pages, Avina enrolls them into a HubSpot sequence with messaging tailored to what they viewed.
Champion re-engagement cadence
When a former champion joins a new company, Avina auto-enrolls them into a warm reintroduction sequence in HubSpot so your AE reconnects before a competitor does.

A Full Bi-Directional Sync

Avina's HubSpot integration syncs in both directions. On the write side, it creates or enriches Companies and Contacts when new organizations or prospects are detected, and logs Timeline Activities, including job changes, web visits, and engagement surges, directly on those records. On the read side, it pulls Companies, Contacts, Deals, Tickets, and Engagements from HubSpot to strengthen signal generation, account scoring, and personalized drafts.

Every Signal Logged as an Activity Note

Each signal appears in HubSpot as an Activity Note with two elements: a plain-English summary and one or more snake-case tags that classify it. Tags power HubSpot lists, workflows, and reports. Some signals carry multiple tags. A web visit from an existing champion, for example, may include both avina_web_visit_alert and avina_champion_movement_alert.
