Salesforce

Avina's Salesforce integration keeps your CRM in sync with real-time buying signals. It writes signals as Activity records on Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities while pulling CRM context to power scoring, attribution, and personalized outreach.

Bi-Directional Sync with Salesforce

Avina syncs in both directions with Salesforce. On the write side, it creates Activity records for every buying signal (including web visits, new hires, champion movement, ad engagement, and more) directly on the associated Account, Contact, and Opportunity. On the read side, it pulls Account, Opportunity, and Contact data to enrich signal generation, revenue attribution, and account intelligence.

Account, Opportunity, and Contact Data in Sync

Avina uses your Salesforce Account, Opportunity, and Contact records to understand deal context, ownership, and stage. This CRM data powers ICP filtering, account scoring, and signal prioritization so your team focuses on the right accounts at the right time. Revenue attribution flows back into Avina so you can see which signals correlate with pipeline and closed-won.

Prioritizing accounts with new C-level hires
Avina detects new hires and writes them as Activity records on the Account. Create a Salesforce report or list view filtered by recent Avina Activity to surface the hottest accounts.
Attributing pipeline to buying signals
Avina pulls Opportunity data to connect signals to deals. Use Avina dashboards to see which signal types correlate with pipeline creation and closed-won revenue.
Alerting AEs when champions move
Champion movement signals are written as Activities on both the old and new Account. Set up Salesforce alerts or flows to notify the AE when a key contact switches companies.

Signal Write-Back as Activity Records

Every buying signal from Avina appears in Salesforce as an Activity record on the related Account, Contact, and Opportunity. Activities include a clear summary and signal-type tags so you can build reports, flows, and dashboards around them. No manual logging; signals flow in automatically as they fire.
